After about 85 attempts, he came across a food chemist in Germany who helped refine the recipe. With a few tweaks, John and his German chemist collaborator perfected the recipe, creating the organic cbd gummies we all know and love today. “I started giving these out to friends, and they said, ‘Dude, these are amazing—you need to create a brand around this!”

That’s exactly what John did. John named the company after his beloved grandfather, Edwin. Then, he hired a branding specialist who helped craft not just a logo but also an entire brand voice—one that was authentic, nostalgic, and personal, honoring the Midwest farm ethos that Grandpa Edwin embodied.
