We love all the Edwins Gummies- we order alot. 1 Gummy is always enough and we take them any day (or all) of the week. I always feel rested and focused the next day. Drinking has also reduced substantially since discovering these. If I could order a pallet of gummies from edwins, I would. Black Cherry is best for getting into immediate relaxation mode. Chill and watch a show then float off to sleep.
